​Retiring after 35 years in production management and engineering ,  I became interested in woodworking and started building my first mandolin in 2013.  Enjoying the process so much, I built another , and then another...

Now that all my children have a "Crooks Mandolin", I still love building and perfecting my craft.  As instruments are completed, they will be advertised here and on MandolinCafe.com .  Custom orders are also welcome.
